Mountainside Woods Broker Registration

Far Horizons Realty and Design, Inc. is the exclusive broker for Mountainside Woods, a 162 single family home development located off Toc and Vista Drives in Highland, New York.

Mountainside Woods offers local brokers and realtors who bring in clients that purchase a home to be built, a real estate commission of 2% of the base price of the home, exclusive of options and lot premiums. No commission will be paid if the contract does not ultimately close. All commissions are paid at closing. If the home is listed on the MLS, the commission terms are as stated in the MLS listing.

In order to be eligible to receive the real estate commission, BROKERS AND SALESPERSONS MUST REGISTER THEIR CLIENTS WITH FAR HORIZONS REALTY, LLC PRIOR TO THE CLIENT CONTACTING MOUNTAINSIDE WOODS DIRECTLY EITHER IN PERSON, BY TELEPHONE, OR BY EMAIL. If the client or someone from the client’s immediate family has already contacted Mountainside Woods by the time the Broker attempts to register the client, the broker/salesperson will be notified that the client is already a customer at Mountainside Woods. All registrations expire 3 months from the date of submission if the client has not yet visited Mountainside Woods.
